These works depict the artist’s experience of space, contrasting a sense of proximity to that of distance.

Waterfront takes its visual starting point from locations in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Scotland where the artist has drawn on her observations of stillness and movement within water.

This body of work was made in response to Bach's six cello suites with each piece inspired by one single movement.
